@EN Four new analogues of the anticancer drug of platinum complexes have been prepared that contain 2-(methoxy)methoxy-1, 3-propanediamine derivatives as the amine ligand, a moiety which contributes to control their water solubility and
antitumour
activity, and oxalic acid, malonic acid or 1, 1-cyclobutanedicrboxylic acid as a bidentate acid ligand, which responsible for their good stability. They were characterized by 1H-NMR, IR and elemental analysis. They are currently under biological
evaluation.
